Technical Accounting Senior - Defense - San Diego

Who You Are

• Bachelor's in Accounting or a related field required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and 842; ASC 912-730 knowledge a plus
• Skilled with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
• A data-driven professional with attention to detail and customer-focused
  What You'll Do
  
  • Assist the team in accounting activities related to agreements with customers and co-development partners
  • Write technical accounting memos for defense contracts with government entities
  • Assist in the revenue recognition process to ensure GAAP and contract compliance
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, program management, program finance, and FP&A teams
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
