A company is looking for a Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and multi-state corporation income tax
returns
Consult with clients on tax questions and assist in M&A
transactions
Manage and develop team members through coaching and performance
management
Required Qualifications
6+ years of corporate income tax experience
3+ years in multi-client public accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
Licensed CPA required
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state corporation income tax
returns
