Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Closer, Home Equity.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure files and documents meet company, investor, and compliance
requirements
Process a minimum of 3 files per day and prepare closing
documents
Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and post-closing
departments to complete the closing
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of TRID guidelines
Experience with Conventional, FHA/VA loans is a plus
Familiarity with Encompass is preferred
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
