Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Business Development &
Capital Markets - Renewables Advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead origination efforts for tax equity, transferable tax credits,
M&A, and other advisory mandates
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified partners and clients
across the renewables ecosystem
Oversee deal processes, collaborating with various teams to support
transaction structuring and closing
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business development, capital markets,
project finance, or tax equity in the renewables sector
Working knowledge of tax credit structures under the Inflation
Reduction Act
Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex
transactions
Fluency in financial modeling and investment analysis related to
renewable energy projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
