Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Manager specializing in
Global Compliance and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee corporate compliance and tax provision review for
clients
Assist companies with the preparation of their tax provisions
Work remotely with no travel required, discussing availability
during the interview process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state
bar membership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related
discipline
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax provision, tax
accounting, and corporate tax compliance
Relevant tax experience with exposure to federal income
taxation
Understanding of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 under IFRS experience
