Elevate Financial Strategy and Drive Operational Excellence
We're seeking a strategic Finance Manager who will transform
financial insights into powerful business decisions. You'll be the
financial architect behind Ring's operational efficiency, turning
complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies that
directly impact our company's growth and performance. Key job
responsibilities - Provide comprehensive financial visibility
across Ring and Blink's P&L, focusing on subscription revenue,
bill of materials, and cost of goods sold - Develop and maintain
dynamic financial forecasts, identifying process improvements and
efficiency opportunities - Lead automation initiatives and
implement financial tools to enhance reporting and analysis
capabilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage
financial goals, drive productivity, and optimize operational
performance - Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports that highlight key performance drivers A day in

You'll dive deep into financial models, engage with diverse teams,
and translate intricate financial metrics into compelling
narratives that drive business decisions. About the team Our
finance team is a collaborative, innovative group dedicated to
delivering precise financial insights. We work closely with
multiple departments to ensure financial health, operational
efficiency, and strategic growth. Your role will be critical in
helping us make data-driven decisions that propel our business
forward. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5 years of tax, finance or a
related analytical field experience - 5 years of multiple finance
and accounting roles experience - 6 years of Accounts Receivable or
Account Payable experience - 6 years of applying key financial
performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 6 years of
building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform
business decision-making experience - 6 years of creating process
improvements with automation and analysis experience - 6 years of
participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to
scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of quantitative role (engineering,
process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS - 6 years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate
data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an
escalation plan experience - 6 years of solving complex business
challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models,
analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
(e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer
benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL -
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
(examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial
systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience
delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
