Job Description:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates and supports the Calibration Program and activities.
Candidate should have a thorough understanding of calibration concepts and requirements and be able to work with multiple departments providing end user support.
Coordinates and schedules the calibration of equipment with suppliers to perform calibration on and off site.
Requests quotes, submits EPRs for calibration services.
Tracks and maintains accurate up-to-date records and database. Reviews calibration certificates, and properly identifies out of tolerance condition data.
Coordinates the check in/out support as well assist with the Calibration Inbox monitoring of emails responses to end users (inquiries, reports, statuses)
Generates recall reports and distribute to the appropriate personnel for recall purposes as well generates equipment inventory reports.
Takes an active involvement in continuous process improvements for calibration.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Coordinates, tracks, and reports on the progress of unit work assignments and/or projects for the Calibration Program.
