Sr. Administrative Support Partner

Under limited supervision the Sr. Administrative Support Partner is
responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries,
resolving problems or concerns, performing order entry activities,
and other customer service related tasks.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and sales team members, via
telephone, written correspondence, Fax, and / or in
- Perform required research to obtain answers or solutions to
problems or concerns of a complex nature. Work with other

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college course work
preferred. Four or more years progressive customer support
experience in a customer service, order processing, retail services
or other related environment.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in a Windows environment to
include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The role requires expert phone, email, and face to face
communication skills working with both internal and external
customers. In addition to these areas, the Sr. Administrative
