About Dimerco: Dimerco Express Group integrates air and ocean freight, trade compliance, and contract logistics services to make global supply chains more effective and efficient. The majority of Dimerco’s global logistics projects connect Asia’s logistics and manufacturing hubs with each other, as well as with North America and Europe. Dimerco started as an air freight forwarder in Taiwan in 1971 and now serves customers through 150 Dimerco offices, 80 contract logistics operations, and over 200 strategic partner agents throughout China, India, Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. Position Title: Ocean Import Specialist Qualifications: · Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills · Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel. · Fluent in English (written and spoken) · Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills Responsibilities: · Ocean Import operations including data entry, customer service, rating, routing, documentation preparation · Tracking orders processed, issuing invoices for services rendered. · Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written) · Communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts · Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry related skills. · Other assignments may be directed by the Management Featured Benefits: · Medical insurance · Vision insurance · Dental Insurance · 401(k) · Salary based on experience Dimerco is an equal employment opportunity employer.
