Job Description:
A company is looking for an RFP Writer Specialist to manage and
respond to Requests for Proposals and similar procurement
documents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, including content
gathering, writing, editing, formatting, and submission
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect accurate and
timely input for proposals
Maintain and update a centralized content library of pre-approved
responses and company information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business,
or a related field
3-5 years of experience in proposal or RFP writing, preferably in a
B2B environment
Experience writing for industries such as ARM, healthcare, RCM, or
financial services is preferred
Familiarity with RFP portals and procurement platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
