Lead communication between internal teams, venues, vendors, and
clients
Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and oversee vendor
performance
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of event industry experience
Comprehensive knowledge of complex event planning best
practices
Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to build relationships easily, both remote and
in-person
