Duties: Prepare and manage submittals & RFIs Review incoming submittal prior to sending to the owner Update and maintain project baseline & weekly schedules Assist / Manage work plans, post plans, and pre-plan process Perform quantity take-offs, prepare proposals, process submittals, and requests for information, participate in project safety An understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings Be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, reporting, online collaboration, scheduling, and estimating Create or assist in weekly meeting agenda Assist / Manage work plans, post plans, and pre-plan process Assist in managing environmental permits and regulations Project document control Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant Engineering field or Construction Management Certification A valid drivers license and acceptable driving history Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Bluebeam preferred Benefits: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Profit-Sharing 100% employer-paid Health/Dentalpremiumsfor team members Generous Vacation and Sick Time off Nine(9) Paid Holidays - Including your Birthday! 100% employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability insurance Retirement plans with company contribution Subsidizedtuition on Child Care Health/Dependent care FSA's Making a difference in the communities you serve Employment Type: Full time Location: Long Beach, CA
