Job Description:
Paraprofessional (School-Based) Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Compensation: $23–$27/hr (based on experience and skill set)
Schedule: Full-time; hours vary depending on student age group We
are hiring school-based Paraprofessionals in the Beverly Hills area
to support students with academic, behavioral, and personal care
needs. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the
lives of students across various grade levels. Key
Responsibilities: Support implementation of student IEPs and
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Assist with classroom
instruction, behavior management, and daily routines Accurately
collect and report behavioral and academic data Use CPI
de-escalation techniques when necessary for safety Provide hands-on
support including toileting and diapering, as needed Engage with
students across settings (classroom, playground, transitions)
Qualifications: Must have one of the following: A passing score on
the Paraprofessional Exam At least 48 college credit hours An
associate degree or higher Open and comfortable with
toileting/diapering responsibilities Previous experience in special
education or behavioral settings is a plus What We’re Looking For:
