Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Principal Engineer (Python and
Flask).
Key Responsibilities
Write code, troubleshoot, and design architecture for new and
existing features across the tech stack
Advise Product on the roadmap, define scope, forecast timelines,
and ensure accountability for deliverables
Coach other engineers, set team KPIs, and align engineering efforts
with leadership and business goals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track
record
Demonstrated experience as a team leader or manager
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably
React/Typescript
Proficiency in server-side web technologies, preferably
Python/Flask
