Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, AI (Artificial
Intelligence).
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize large language model (LLM)
applications
Prototype and productionize machine learning and AI features in
Python
Collaborate with teams to develop APIs and evaluate the performance
of LLM-powered systems
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine
learning
Proficiency in backend development using Python (Flask or
FastAPI)
3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and LLM agents
Experience in NLP or speech processing technologies
Familiarity with cloud-native applications on AWS with
Kubernetes
