Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Onboarding Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product adoption and sales teams to validate
wireless design and deploy the OS
Serve as the technical expert to troubleshoot and resolve
deployment challenges
Develop documentation to prevent customer pitfalls and ensure
smooth product deployment
Required Qualifications
Deep technical knowledge of Cisco wireless networks
Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting wireless
networks
Familiarity with network design tools like Ekahau and Hamina
Experience with network management tools such as Catalyst Center
and Cisco Prime
Preferred: CCIE certification or higher-level education in a
related field
