Job Description Job Description An established civil engineering
firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer to join its
design team. This role involves collaborating with staff to prepare
grading plans, improvement plans, erosion control plans, legal
plats, subdivision maps, parcel maps, topographic surveys, and
other documents spanning the entitlement phase through record
plans. The candidate should also have experience with SWQMP and
drainage studies. This is a hands-on design and management position
that requires working closely with clients and consultants to
develop detailed plans and technical reports across a variety of
project types. Qualifications & Skills: 5–10 years of experience in
civil engineering. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with San Diego City and County standards is highly
preferred. Experience with DSA and school-related projects is a
plus. Proven supervisory experience managing design teams and
staff. California PE license preferred. Bachelor of Science degree
in Civil Engineering required.
