Job Description:
Ring is seeking a results-driven technical product manager to
join the product team in developing devices that help make
neighborhoods safer. You will have end-to-end ownership, from
defining the use cases to launching the product to production. A
successful candidate will be AI native, highly analytical,
comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment while
demonstrating leadership, have technical competence, and be
meticulous. Key job responsibilities * Define and drive the
business strategy for your products, driven by internal and
external analysis * Demonstrate UX concepts with AI prototyping
tools * Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user
stories that can be used to create product specifications and
architecture for each product * Manage prioritization and
trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability,
and operational support load * Identify and collaborate with
software teams to automate repetitive workflows for
cross-functional teams. * Generate original product strategies from
research provided by AI search tools, filtered by first-principles,
and confirmed by stakeholders. * Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to communicate complex
concepts clearly and persuasively across disciplines and levels in
the organization. * Work alongside hardware and software teams to
deliver your products on time, with quality * Work
cross-functionally with teams to execute product launches *
Proactively identify and resolve strategic and/or tactical issues
that impair the teams’ ability to meet goals * Lead firmware,
battery, and connectivity improvement workstreams with engineering
stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or above - 2
years of experience leading product development in a product
management capacity - Launch of at least one consumer electronics
device - Demonstrated examples of using AI tools to accelerate
product delivery or discover customer insights. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS- MBA and/or advanced technical degree, from a
top-tier program - Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of
other stakeholders in your products - Strong team-orientation with
proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results -
Ability to uncover data insights and clearly communicate them to
others - Ability to drive continuous improvement in product
management functions and processes across the organization -
Demonstrated history driving technical development in a
project/program management capacity, including development of and
reporting on complex program schedules - Broad technical breadth,
including familiarity and/or experience with connectivity, battery,
device firmware, mobile technologies, and web services Amazon is an

several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position
ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to
$201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a
number of factors including market location and may vary depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total
