Overall: Works closely with department and organizational leadership teams to strategize, develop and lead Chef Works digital transformation.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and drive the company's overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap
  
• Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement
  
• Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level
  
• Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization
  
• Keep up-to-date with digital trends and best practices
  
• Build and develop in-house digital capabilities to help the company maximize returns

  Hybrid Role: Selected individual will work 3 days in the Chef Works Corporate office and the balance from their home office and must live within a commutable distance to Poway, CAMinimum Qualifications:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System/Data Science & Analytics or Digital/Technology related relevant discipline
  
• Three or more years' progressive experience in digital transformation, including one or more years' experience as a digital transformation lead.
  
• Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects
  
• Well versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders
  
• A leader with a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  
• An analytical mind with the ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections and persuade others, including leaders, to adopt a different point of view.
  
• Ability to simplify the complex; navigate ambiguity; focus on the critical few priorities to deliver outstanding results
  
  
  Physical Requirements:
  Occasional lifting of 10# or less (less than 5% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none above shoulders. Use of the phone, Zoom and other meeting systems, up to 20% of the time. Must be able to do desk work, which includes computer work for extended periods of time. Requires standing (less than 5% of the time). Requires use of telephone. Travel of up to 15%, primarily via airplane, required
