Job Description:
Overall: Business Support Manager is the top level company
expert on their accounts. On a daily basis the Program Manager will
compile and organize data, strategize with the Sales Team on
account growth and secure extensive customer relationships. Most
importantly, the Business Support Manager will be focused on
National Account retention and growth. The Program Management Team
will strive to embody Chef Works' Core Values at all times -

Safety. Essential Functions: Sales Growth: 1. Strategize with Sales
counterpart (NAD or otherwise) to grow Sales on program. 2. Drive
Compliancy (if applicable) and analyze spend. 3. Conduct and
participate in business reviews. 4. Program Manager is responsible
for understanding the contract and needs of customers, executing it
accordingly to grow the business and ensure an extension. 5.
Leverage client relationship to influence program success. Assists
sales team in growing sales and maintaining profitability level of
all assigned programs. Marketing: 1. Creates solutions for client
review and drives marketing initiatives, develop literature and
collateral to fit the needs of client. 2. Develops scripts and
organizes call campaigns with telemarketing on assigned programs.
Program Implementation: 1. Manages onboarding process to include
data management, account coding, platform integration and/or portal
build(s). 2. Understands and manages clients reporting
requirements. 3. Facilitates training for external clients on value
propositions. 4. Effectively communicates client requirements to
internal departments including, but not limited to, accounting,
distribution center and client services. 5. Develops program guides
and resource documents for rollouts. Operations:
1. Acts as strategic point of contact internally, and externally
with clients, provides high level of service. Responsible for
conflict resolution and provides excellent customer service. 2.
Works to create and develop protocol that ensures lean and
efficient processes to the benefit of the company and client. 3.
Recognizes risks and issues related to program success, knows when
to escalate issues, provides data and proposes solutions. 4. Builds
web portals for program related sales. 5. Works closely with IT and
E-Commerce on development and troubleshooting for all ordering
avenues, systems and product updates, i.e. CRM, WMS and ACCPAC. 6.
Coordinates internal communication, training as needed and works
closely with Customer Service. 7. Coordinates product availability
and embroidery support to meet shipping requirements. 8. Process
essential high profile order entry only. 9. Trains and mentors
junior level personnel. 10. Supports companywide goals and internal
teams, as needed. 11. Uphold Chef Works Core Values. Minimum
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or
related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Five or more year's
progressive program / product management experience. 3.
Demonstrated proficiency in the following: 4. 4. Excellent verbal
and interpersonal communications skills including the ability to
effectively interface with all level personnel. 5. 5. Excellent
written communication skills. 6. 6. Excellent negotiation skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills. 8. Ability to
work independently without a lot of close supervision. 9. PC
knowledge to include intermediate level use of Excel, Word and
PowerPoint. Ability to run queries from database programs also
required. 10. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a
collaborative team environment, and in meeting schedules and
deadlines. 11. Ability to effectively work under pressure to meet
deadlines in a high volume and fast-paced environment. 12. Strong
systems experience - ERP systems - mid level to large systems
(AccPac, Great Plains, Mas500) and BOM programs / systems.
Proclarity or Cognos experience a plus. 13. Demonstrated
proficiency in meeting professional commitments. Physical
Requirements: Occasional lifting of 10lbs. or less (less than 5% of
the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none
above shoulders. Must be able to do desk work, which includes
computer work for extended periods of time. Position also requires
extensive use of telephone. Travel of less than 10% also required,
