opportunity for an experienced Project Manager for our MQ-9
Sustainment Program located in Poway, CA. This position is
responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistics and
sustainment aspects of one or more project(s) under the USAF
Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program. Specifically, the
position serves as a liaison between project management and
sustaining engineering teams, managing sustainment and logistics
projects for aircraft, ground control station (GCS), Combat
Systems, and ground support equipment (GSE).**DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILTIES:**+ Independently manage multiple CLS sustainment
and logistics projects for MQ-9, GCS, Combat Systems equipment
(GDT, RAMTS, SETSS, FSST and Data Link Equipment) and GSE.+ Have
working understanding of aircraft powerplant, electrical, software,
navigation, GCS, flight control and payload systems.+ Proactively
engage with engineering, software, technical publications, and
configuration management processes.+ Participate with engineering
to monitor DMSMS and other obsolescence related issues to include
establishing form, fit and function replacement products.+ Manage
Service Bulletins (SB) and Alert Bulletins (AB) for MQ-9 and Combat
systems related equipment.+ Coordinate requirements and execution
with suppliers in the design, manufacturing, quality, reliability,
test, and procurement of DMSMS, obsolescence and replacement
solutions.+ Manage CLS Engineering Studies, Reliability &
Maintainability and ECP projects to include monitoring technical
performance, cost and schedule of various assigned projects.+
Working knowledge of BI, SAP and GSS inventory system.+ Identify
and mitigate project cost, schedule, performance, and risks through
project execution.+ Support multiple groups within a matrix
organization including sustaining engineering, configuration
management, urgent engineering manufacturing, supply and finance
with scheduling and prioritization to ensure timely customer
support.+ Brief program progress and issues directly to customer
technical and program representatives, internal senior and
executive management.+ Develop and deliver progress reports,
proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.+ Maintain
the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.+ Responsible
for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations
are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf
of the Company.+ Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a
safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and

Typically requires a bachelor's in business administration or
related discipline and nine or more years of progressively complex
experience in the project administration field with at least three
of those years in project management. May substitute equivalent
experience in lieu of education.+ Must have a thorough
understanding of project management processes and procedures,
planning and scheduling methods, and budget management as well as
the ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet
established milestones and budgets.+ Ability to obtain and maintain
a DoD security clearance is required.+ Must possess:+ The ability
to initiate, plan and manage projects.+ The ability to identify
issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a wide
range of complex issues.+ Strong communication, computer,
documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.+ The ability
to work independently and as part of a team.+ Must be able to work
