Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead revenue integrity strategies to optimize revenue capture and minimize financial risk
Oversee charge capture, coding compliance, documentation integrity, and reimbursement methodologies
Collaborate with finance, billing, and clinical departments to ensure accurate charge description master (CDM) maintenance and updates

Required Qualifications

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
8-10 years of experience in revenue integrity, revenue cycle management, or healthcare finance
Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within hospitals or large medical groups
In-depth knowledge of medical coding, billing regulations, and payer reimbursement policies
