Advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality client service by leveraging industry knowledge
and experience
Lead brand strategy and development through research and testing
for campaigns
Oversee program management and streamline processes across multiple
teams
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, advertising,
or related fields, with 10+ years in personnel management
Proven ability to lead and mentor high-achieving teams
Experience in a client service environment under a multi-client
support model
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Preferred experience with public affairs campaigns or in a
professional services organization
