Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Delegation Oversight
(Vendor Performance/Auditing).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Delegation Oversight team for vendor
activities across various operational functions
Participate in the negotiation of service level agreements and
ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements and conducting necessary audits
Required Qualifications
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
8+ years of experience in Healthcare, Vendor Management, Delegation
Oversight, Compliance, and Oversight
Prior contract management experience
Detail-oriented with strong negotiating skills
Able to multitask effectively with strong analytical and
decision-making abilities
