Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the organization's tax policies and
objectives
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and
regulations
Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize
tax liabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; preference for a
master's degree in Taxation
Minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility in tax
compliance, planning, and management
In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and
regulations
Expertise in managing tax audits and negotiations with tax
authorities
Familiarity with tax software (OneSource) and financial systems
(Netsuite)
