Operations for Catalyze360.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage various contracts related to drug discovery
and development
Track deliverables, develop budgets, and support key projects
within the team
Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and
automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in business development or supplier
management, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals
Significant experience in negotiating and managing drug
discovery/development engagements
Experience with financial, procurement, and contract lifecycle
management systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
