Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior HIPP Case Management
professional, remote in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and program information to Medicaid
recipients and their families
Verify and document health care coverage for Medicaid
recipients
Complete periodic reports and maintain active cases during open
enrollment
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or
government-sponsored programs
Experience in a call center environment with both inbound and
outbound inquiries
Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual skills are preferred
