Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of auto, boat, and RV dealers with
complex lending needs
Evaluate loan requests and make recommendations based on financial
analysis and lending guidelines
Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio and ensure compliance with
internal control standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years in Dealer Commercial
Services or Commercial Lending experience, or 11 years of combined
education and work experience
Master's degree preferred
Strong knowledge of financial statements, tax returns, and credit
reports
Ability to mentor and supervise lower-level Relationship
Managers
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work under critical
time constraints
