A company is looking for a Director, Creator Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer acquisition strategies to engage
relevant influencers
Lead and manage a team for onboarding and activating influencers
while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Oversee the onboarding process for influencers and evaluate their
performance to optimize engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in acquisition/sales within the influencer
space
Experience in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced
environment
Strong network of influencer contacts and experience in
relationship management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and
evaluate performance
