Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Credit Officer to oversee its
credit strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the bank's credit strategy and risk
management program
Establish and enforce credit policies, underwriting standards, and
risk management procedures
Oversee the evaluation and management of credit risks across all
lending products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related
field
Minimum 15 years of credit-related experience, including leadership
roles in a financial institution
Proven track record in credit risk management and regulatory
compliance
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and credit products
Proficiency in credit management software and financial tools
