Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales (SDR Team).
Key Responsibilities
Hire, lead, train, and inspire a high-performing global SDR team to
achieve and surpass their individual and team goals
Develop, implement, and refine SalesLoft sequences to effectively
manage inbound leads and proactive prospecting initiatives
Analyze key metrics and prepare weekly dashboards to drive
continuous improvement and optimize ROI
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years proven experience managing and developing an
inside sales or SDR team, ideally in the technology or AI
sector
Hands-on experience with SalesLoft or similar sales engagement
platforms
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for team
performance improvement
Exceptional coaching, training, and motivational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a
proactive mindset
