Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Tax Manager in the Private
Client Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Review complex individual tax returns and provide income tax
planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
Ensure compliance for partnership and S Corp tax returns for
Private Tax clients
Work remotely, managing multiple complex projects with flexibility
in hours discussed during the interview
Required Qualifications
Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state
bar membership
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related
discipline
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tax compliance for
private clients, partnerships, and/or S Corps
Experience in high-quality review of complex tax returns
Knowledge of federal and state personal and trust income tax
regulations
