A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to
lead their software engineering organization focused on wireless
communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and deployment of software
solutions across various networking technologies
Drive execution and delivery of large-scale software projects while
ensuring quality and performance
Build and mentor high-performing software development teams,
fostering a cohesive culture
Required Qualifications
10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years
in a leadership role
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade networking
products
Deep knowledge of wireless communication technologies such as 4G/5G
and WiFi
Experience with large-scale software systems and distributed
architectures
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field
