Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Product Design to lead design
transformation across enterprise software products.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall design vision and UX strategy across
all products
Champion a culture of design thinking and user research to guide
product decisions
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-impact design and research
team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 5+ years in a
leadership role
Proven success leading design for enterprise B2B software or SaaS
products
Experience building and implementing a unified design system
History of managing a distributed or remote design team
Expertise with modern design and prototyping tools, preferably
Figma
