Key Responsibilities
Lead the writing and development of reports, educational guides,
and articles across program areas
Translate complex research and data into clear, accessible language
for diverse audiences
Edit various materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and
alignment with editorial strategy
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional writing experience, with 3-5 years in
journalism or editorial work
Experience writing for general audiences on research-heavy topics
like gender equity and social justice
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage
timelines and feedback
Experience writing about women's issues, equity, and inclusion is a
plus
Deep commitment to equity and inclusion aligned with the
organization's mission
