The Villas in Poway is looking for a Per-diem LVN to join their department!The Villas, rated one of the best nursing homes in the country by U.S. News & World Report, is a top quality care center located adjacent to San Diego County's Palomar Medical Center Poway. • The licensed vocational nurse is primarily responsible for assessing, implementing, and coordinating the individualized plan of care in accordance with physician's orders for the elderly, chronically ill, and those with rehabilitative or palliative needs.
• Implements the plan of care in collaboration with residents, families, and other health team members to positively impact clinical outcomes.
