Job DescriptionSenior Helpers is now hiring $18-20/hour! Seeking Caregivers in Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, and Scripps Ranch! We have a growing need of Seniors who need help maintaining their independence.Salary and Benefits$18.00-20.00 /hr. based on prior experience and availabilityFlexible Hours – Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available. Full-time Opportunities as well!Referral Bonus ProgramFree Live and Online Continuing Education Training As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you will help local Seniors with their daily activities such as:Meal preparation and planningTransportation for errands and appointmentsLight housekeeping and laundryMedication remindersAssistance with bathing, dressing and groomingParticipation in daily enrichment activities Our Ideal CandidateWe are searching for team members with strong communication skills and a heart to help our Seniors. Candidates must be comfortable providing non-medical, hands-on care. Current CNAs and candidates with previous Home Care Aide training, or other certifications, are a plus but not required. As part of our Caregiver Mentor Program, we will create an individualized training plan for each Caregiver.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass a background check / TB skin testCOVID VaccinationLicensed driver with insured and reliable automobile (if applicable)
