Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vocational Rehab Payments Manager who
will oversee and coordinate daily activities related to vocational
rehabilitation payments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and evaluate contact center staff, including
supervisors and team leads
Monitor and report on hiring, performance management, and career
development of staff
Prepare and manage the overall call center budget and ensure
compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related
field
Five or more years of experience in business operations, public
administration, or vocational rehabilitation
Experience managing payment workflows for sensitive populations
Solid understanding of the contact center industry, including
metrics and reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; project
management skills are a plus
