Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and
coordinate high-impact healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage program-level risks, interdependencies, and strategic
alignment across multiple projects
Lead Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership to provide
updates on progress and key decisions
Oversee planning and execution of annual enrollment and
enhancements to enrollment systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in program management within the healthcare sector
Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple
stakeholders
Familiarity with annual enrollment processes and regulatory
requirements
Ability to work remotely and manage teams across different time
zones
Mid-senior level experience in IT services or consulting
