Registered Nurse- Home Health Location: Anaheim, CA 92805 Job
Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 5X8 Start Date: Two weeks from the date
of position offered. Job Summary- As a Registered Nurse
specializing in Home health, you will play a crucial role in
providing high-quality patient care in Orange County CA and
Surrounding Areas (Long Beach, Westminster, Cypress, Stanton,
Anaheim, Garden Grove, Los Alamitos) Description- - Ratios: 1:1
(*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points
standard) - Type of Facility: Home Health - System does a good job
grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional
maximum radius of 50 miles. Requirements- - 1 year of Skilled Home
Health experience is required. - Oasis is required. - RN CA License
