LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Escondillo, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Would be assigned to the Palomar NICU and will be required to float to locations listed below. Also, floating mid shift is required but this is not done on a regular basis but please be sure travelers are aware and agree before submitting. The places travelers float to are: Rady Main Campus, Scripps Encinitas, Rancho Springs, Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Encinitas, Scripps Mercy. Notice given prior to shift Pending State License accepted: Yes if we have an ETA from licensing of when it will post Start date: 1/19 Shift: 3x12 Nights Years of experience REQ: 3 First-timer travelers accepted: (Y/N) : Y Weekend REQ: Yes, must be available to work weekends with full flexibility to be scheduled when needed (no specific weekend requirement) National Certs REQ: BLS, NRP Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, will remain in NICU Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes - Mileage Reimbursement from home location Open to accommodating block schedule?
