Services to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Orange,
California, 92868! Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse –
California Start Date: February 24, 2026 Location: Orange,
California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend (may exceed to
accommodate unit needs); 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio; float to
similar units as needed; 24-hour orientation provided Highlights:
Work in a 426-bed Magnet-designated acute care hospital with a
20-bed high-acuity ICU Advanced critical care environment treating
respiratory failure, cardiac surgery, stroke, trauma, sepsis, and
multi-system organ failure Comprehensive interdisciplinary support
including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response,
and lift teams Epic charting system with free parking and
professional scrub color standards Exposure to specialized
procedures: IABP, CRRT, ventricular assist devices, hypothermia
protocols, and hemodynamic monitoring Travel assignment with
guaranteed hours structure Requirements: Active California RN
license (must be in hand; temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum
1 year of recent ICU experience required; high-acuity ICU
experience highly preferred ACLS and BLS certifications required;
NIHSS preferred Experience with Epic charting preferred Community
hospital experience required Competency in advanced ICU skills
including ventilator management, arterial lines, vasoactive drips,
cardiac drips, and critical dysrhythmia interpretation Must provide
2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Willingness to float between similar units and work 3 of 5 major
