Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room care. This position
involves delivering individualized, holistic nursing care to
patients and their families while employing the nursing process to
ensure therapeutic, safe, and efficient interventions. The role
also emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and
advocacy for patients rights and involvement in their care
decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient and
family assessments, prioritizing needs and documenting findings
thoroughly. Develop and implement personalized care plans in
coordination with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Adapt nursing interventions based on patient response and evolving
care goals. Facilitate patient and family education by assessing
educational needs and employing effective adult learning
strategies. Serve as an advocate for patients, promoting
participation in decision-making while respecting cultural and
individual differences. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to
optimize patient outcomes and maintain smooth workflow. Assign and
delegate care responsibilities appropriately within the scope of
team members competencies. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Location
