Job Description Job Description Salary: $95,000 - $145,000; DOE Los Angeles county CA | Full-Time | PALS, Inc. PALS, Inc. is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesmany of whom have experienced traumaat our El Monte location. Were seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician committed to trauma-informed, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be based out of our El Monte office and will provide support to persons in our El Monte offices. Some work may be performed remotely. Some driving required. What Youll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Create and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Train and support direct support staff and caregivers Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (e.g., case managers, nurses, therapists) Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards What Were Looking For Active BCBA certification Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Ongoing professional development & trauma-informed training Supportive, mission-driven team culture Apply Now Submit your resume and cover letter now via email response to this announcement.
