Our practice is renowned for its patient-centered approach, high standards of surgical excellence and strong community ties to the Riverside and Armed Force community. As we look to the future, we are seeking a general surgeon to join our team as a partner with the potential opportunity to eventually take over the practice. Position: General Surgeon Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality general surgical care in a private practice setting. Collaborate with existing staff to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. Engage in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care. Participate in on-call rotations and emergency surgical services as needed. Contribute to practice growth and development through active involvement in business and operational strategies. Foster a positive and professional relationship with patients, staff, and referring physicians. Qualifications: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in General Surgery. Valid, unencumbered, California medical license. Credentialed with local hospitals to allow credentialling with currently affiliated medical groups. Excellent surgical skills and a strong commitment to patient care. Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. Interest in practice management and ownership.
