Perform various types of massages and body treatments according to our established protocols Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning a service Provide skin analysis and facial treatments tailored to the needs and preferences of each guest Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and products used Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas and comply with all sanitation protocols Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in massage and esthetic services Educate guests on products and home skincare regimes that would benefit their specific conditions Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities Expertise in facial and skin care treatments Ability to tailor treatments according to individual needs Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of employment Certified Esthetician CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required
