Surgery-Forward Role $160,000–$190,000 base salary, production
bonus, and ocean views from a custom-built facility. This is a rare
opportunity to join a six-doctor team in one of California’s most
iconic coastal towns. Arch Beach Veterinary Clinic is a
well-resourced, boutique-style practice in the heart of Laguna
Beach. Known for blending conventional and holistic medicine, the
clinic offers a fast-paced, engaging environment ideal for a
self-starter with strong surgical skills and a passion for
high-quality care. What’s on offer: $160,000–$190,000 base salary
(commensurate with experience) Production bonus Sign-on and

expansion Holistic and traditional modalities tailored to a loyal
client base Support team trained to the top of their license,
including dentals and ultrasound True 5:1 or higher support staff
ratio The ideal candidate: Confident, experienced DVM with strong
surgical interest Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic caseload
Comfortable with same-day appointments and occasional urgent cases
Enjoys collaboration and mentoring within a high-functioning team
