Description Provides direct patient care services in all assigned areas that includes evaluation, assessment, treatment planning based on the functional needs of the patients, program development, evaluation of the response to care, and readjustment of the treatment plan as required. Required Qualifications: - California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. - 0 - 3 years clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy. - AOTA member upon hire. - Completed a project or special assignment related to program or staff development. - Served as a clinical instructor for interning students and participated in presenting in-services to staff/students. - Participated in at least 1 community service event over the past year. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
