Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to assist in
compiling payroll data, maintaining employee records, and answering
payroll-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and timely while adhering to federal and
state laws
Assist with payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, and other
operations
Review payroll reports and respond to payroll inquiries in a timely
manner
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Knowledge of accounting software and payroll systems
Able to perform physical tasks required for the position
