Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll
responsibilities across multiple legal entities and countries.
Key Responsibilities
Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring
compliance with regulations
Analyze payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and participate in
audits related to payroll
Manage Oracle timecards process, including auditing and reporting
of timekeeping records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred
Strong analytical skills to identify errors and trends in payroll
data
Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
requirements
Proficiency with payroll software and systems
